Yeah, my friend got me into it. There actually aren't any old ladies in my class. It's all young women from the campus, even some college girls. I only do these exercises on Mon and Wed. The other days of the week I jog on the treadmill for 40 minutes, which I think equals a little over 3 miles. I do water exercise on those days to give me a break from having to do so many exercises in the evening after work.

Well I'm back and the pool was cold as **. I just don't get it. They have a d@mn heater on the thing. They should turn it on. Now I'm hungry. I had a pear and I'm drinking my smoothie. I need something else to eat though or I'll never make it to 5.

Another beauty salon opened next door. It's a sugar waxing place. They also do regular waxing (with wax LOL) and manicures.

So now I have a beauty salon next door to the left, a tanning salon with beauty salon to the right and a the new sugar wax place right next to it. A fancy hairdresser across the road, two more around the corner and a fancy cosmetics-only department store at the corner. Paris Hilton eat your heart out!!

Yeah, I know. It's just so hard to get in that cold water. It makes me tense up all over and I can't really do the exercises like I should. I wish they'd just make it a tad bit warmer. Now I have to go home tonight and do my weight training. I'm thinking about running a 5K in July. I can't decide if I want to or not.
