We don't even have a water heater in our house. Troll warms my baths with his farts. It's kinda nasty but it saves money.

I think it's more like water exercise. It's not really aerobics. We do laps but each lap is a different exercise, like jogging, cross country, rock climber, sit kicks, etc. We wear that belt around our waist so we float instead of standing on the bottom of the pool. So it's not like we're stationary doing aerobics but rather doing laps but not laps. Does that make any sense at all?

Yeah, my friend got me into it. There actually aren't any old ladies in my class. It's all young women from the campus, even some college girls. I only do these exercises on Mon and Wed. The other days of the week I jog on the treadmill for 40 minutes, which I think equals a little over 3 miles. I do water exercise on Mon and Wed to give me a break from having to do so many exercises in the evening after work because I lift weights also.
