My husband just send me this timeline http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/k1list...ll&dfile=No

And almost everybody(March K3 fillers) from that list already approved...We didn't have any RFE, and Haven't touch since April...silence.....

We are worrying in reason that maybe this silence because of the situation with my volunteer departure?

Or maybe they've lost our petitions?

Any thoughts?

That list is just a glimpse of some of the K3 petitions being processed at the CSC. If you do another extensive search for timelines of people who sent in their petitions in December and January, you will see that it is taking them about 4-5 months to get an NOA2. I also went back as far as searching for timelines for people who sent in their forms in October of last year and they are now getting approved. So I think it is safe to say that it can take between 4-7 months to get an NOA2 from the CSC.

Voluntary deaprture? I doubt it... Illegal presence and overstays do not impact the petitions..... Your petition is simply too new....
