K3 Poll Processing days

Okay, I need assistance, my time is against me, and I will have to make a big decision in 2 months. Leaving my home and country.

So, with VSC what are the chances a K3 petition will be approved with 180 days of filing??? I do know security checks will not be a probelm on husband or myself.

I have noticed that Vermont hasn't processed or approved any K3s in a long time. It was as if they just stopped. But just now looking at Igor's list, I see there were two approved on May 23, so that's good news that they started working on K3's again. Those two people sent in their I-130 petitions four months before you. That's a pretty long time and probably lots more in front of you.

Hello ... i feel you so much , ist hard to wait that long.. not only vermont that stop looking at K3 .also california.they are now looking for I-130 Frms more...and remmeber vermont and california are doing illgal things, and we need to make peopel pay attention to this..we should all contact the HEADs.Senate, congress..about all that and ist not fair to stop this..ist illgal...

I will take any approval, the I-130 or the I-129F I do not care, I will pay the AofS fee if it comes to it. I just want a approval!!!!!!
