when to send wife i134 before interview?

I-134 is good for 12 months so any time now would be good if she is close to interview, also I-134 is for K3 it says you are CR1/IR1 ???

i did both k3 and cr1. how about the employment letter and bank statements. when should i send those to her before her interview? her k3 interviewis march 24. aloha!

It would make the best impression to have the I-134 and supporting docs done and sent within 1 month of the interview date, to show that the information is current and still relevant. It may be possible that if the forms and documents start to get "aged", they may request to see newer information, although I have never heard of this being done.

I have also heard that the most acceptable range of time is within 3 months, and that if it is more than 6 months old you should get it redone.

I sent mine 30 days before the interview. Why risk any problems, no matter how small the chance may be?

If your interview is in march if i were you i would send the stuff now, you will need the original of each document plus 1 copy of each!!..............Good Luck on your interview
