Hi, Guys

I just got the notice for Biometrics Appointment for this Thursday . I am wondering what to expect, what will happen and What I shall take with me? Any advice? Does it mean I am gonna get my work paper soon? Is it useful to ask people works there when I can get my Work paper and green card?

I am gonna move to another State next month, when is the best tell to inform USCIS? How? will this moving thing delay my case?

Any reply will be very appreciated!

Good Luck to everyone!

Sophia78,

The people at the ASC are not the people who are processing your EAD and AOS applications.

Hi, Guys

When you move, send AR11 to the appropriate address.

Also, call the National Customer [Dis]Service center to report the change of address for each open application that you have. Also write to all the facilities that are presently handling those applications and to all the facilities that will be handling those applications after the move.

Moving may create some problems with your cases because despite your best efforts the USCIS does not always get the updates right. And if the timing is bad then they may have something in the mail to you before your change of address gets to them.

I am gonna move to another State next month, when is the best tell to inform USCIS? How? will this moving thing delay my case?

Any reply will be very appreciated!

Good Luck to everyone!

Biometrics itself is very quick - and in some places you wait longer in some shorter. Take your ID and letters from USCIS.

I had mine on April 29th and also I asked them if they know when work permit will come...and as I expected they didn't know.

Moving - as soon as I will get work permit I am gonna move also. But I think notice of change address chould be sent within 10 days after move.

Good luck
