K3 Holder Transferred to California Service Center?

Hello everyone, I just received this email from the USCIS saying my case has been transfered to California service center.....I am K3 holder, I thought K3 never get transferred to the California service center and K3 must have an interview ....Please guys is this normal?? I have never heard or seen a K3 holder getting transferred to California service center.....Is the USCIS making a mistake transferring my case, this could be a big trouble for me, I am so scared right....Below is the email :-

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Case Transfered to Another Office for Processing

On May 27, 2008, we transferred this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow the instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 to update your address. You can use our processing dates to estimate when your case may be processed by following the link below. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case by registering in the link below.

My sister-in-law received the same letter and 3 months later had her green card. No interview.

While it is mainly K-1s who have been transferred to California and approved without an interview, there have been a few K-3s in among them as well. Looks good!

K1 is fiance visa- you get the visa as fiance and come to the US, get married and apply for AOS

K3 is spouse visa - you get married, apply for the visa and come to the US and adjust status

My case has been also transfered to California Service Center on May 22 (K1.) Wasn't sure about what it meant either. No touches before that, except for the biometrics as well as with EAD. I kinda thought whereever they go, they go together but it seems that only AOS has been transfered. (Didn't file AP)

Thanks guys.....I didn't know that K3 could also be transferred to the CSC, plus I have been married since 2005, do you guys think they gonna give the 10yrs GC without an Interview ??

i sure hope they do.

i've been married since 03/2006 and filed for AOS in 04/2008.

i would be tickled pink if i got my 10 year green card with no interview!

let's cross our fingers!!!
