Hello guys!

Im worried about this matter. Coz my husband have a son and he didnt see his son anymore coz he dont have contact and they lived in washington. Thats the reason why he wasn't able to support his son, and the state wont issue him a passport coz he owe money too much back to child support, the limit is 2500 and he is over that. The state wont allow him to leave the country until he pay the money he owe for child support even he didnt see his son. But he will take care of this so he can get passport soon to visit me here.

My question is, do we need a supporting evidence or documents of his son during interview? coz he dont have any documents like birth certificate, etc of his son since he didnt see his son!.

Or can we hide to them that he has son? so we dont have problem anymore of getting documents of his son.

Anyone here have the same case? Please help us...thanks to all GOD BLESS

You should NEVER hide anything. If they ask about his son answer truthfully. If they don't don't bring it up. The interview is about you not your fiance, except to the extend that your relationship is real. Its unlikely that his son will need to be documented, since he's not your biological child.
