Contacting the Nairobi Embassy

Hi,

The Embassy should have recieved our K-1 visa from NVC by the end of March but my fiance still has not received packet 3, it has been almost 8 weeks. I have tried calling the embassy at 254-020-363-6000 I also tried 254-02-363-6000 but I get a busy signal. I also e-mailed them but have not recieved a response yet. Any suggestions? Hopefuly the got the info from the NVC and I just need to be patient.

You could try calling DOS. They can tell you if the embassy has received the petition: 202-663-1225, 1, 0.
