ohh congratulations your case gives me hope cause i had my biometric 3 days before u and since then no touch nothing ,, now that u got your interviw letter today hopefuly mine is comeing soon too ,, i saw a couple of people whose biometric was in july just got they interviw this week ,,, i believe i will reciev something in the next couple of weeks ,,,,,hopeful

Hopefully you are next. I think the difference between interview dates are because of the local processing times. Some locations seems to move faster than others. Either way, you should keep an eye on the mail. Good luck!

Letter was sent from National Benefit Center. What I meant was, depends on how busy they are or how much behind their schedule, immigration schedule may differ from local office to local office. I am guessing NBC takes number of open cases into consideration before issues more schedules to that local office.

If you check processing times in local offices, you will see couple of months difference among most of them. This should not discourage you, though. Hopefully you will receive your interview letter soon, too.

hello ,, i m realy getting worried ,, i did not have a touch on my aos since july 15 the day of biometric ,, my noa date is 20 june ,,, in 2 days oys gonna be 90 days since filling ,, i dont know what to do or to think ,, i just wish my case is not deffirent than most of u guys ,,, i already have my ead i got it on december 2007 ,, i did not fil aps till june this year ,, anyway i m praying my aos will get touch soon or get an interviw letter or at least have sign of life do u guys think there is a little bit of more hope or should i try something else like calling them or schedul an infopass since 90 days from filling is gonna be in 2 days ?

Your AOS can take up to 2 years to be completed, and processed. It is only 90 days for them to authorize the EAD.

Yes the government is only obligated to approve your EAD within 90 days. It can take up to 2 years or more for a Adjustment of Stauts to be approved.

Is the "EAD within 90 days" thing still valid once we receive an RFE? It's been more than 90 days for us and no EAD has been approved. What is the rule on the AP? Or is there one?

For this, if you ahve received an RFE, and responded and haven't heard anything for 30 days, then you are out of normal processing times. I would make an info pass appointment.

thanks for your concern and your informations really helped ,,, but i see u have been waiting on your green card more them me .. have u ever got a touch on your aos after bio ? i see u already got your ead ,, but when u did the infopass what did they say about your green card ? i did not fil my EAD with the aos cause i have a 2 years emplypent autorisation that i got in december 2007 ,,, i came to the usa on a 2 years k3 visa when the aos fee hent up in 30 july 2007 to 1010 dollars me and my wife could not afford it ,, so we decided to fil only for ead and it cost us about 360 dolars ,, and i got my ead in december 2007 ,,,,,, i wish i wil get my interviw letter somewhere around next week cause i saw a couple of people had nearly the same situation like me and they git their interviwe letter this month ,, plz if anybody here has the same situation let me know ,, at least i will feel better knowing i n not the only one tilll thois date without no touch on his aos since bio ,,,,, thanks guys,, i apprwaciate your help

We're in the same situation - no touches since before biometrics. If it wasn't for receiving the EAD, we would be exactly the same as you. I know it's hard to wait, but it really hasn't been THAT long yet, and the people who have interview letters had biometrics before us, so I'm sure we will be next and will get the letter maybe next week I am impatient too, or rather just stressed, as I have to schedule a professional exam in Nov/Dec and once I book the date, it cannot be changed, so I really want to just know when the interview will be, so I can make sure it doesn't clash with my exam. I'm sure we'll know soon though

It seems that most of the June filers have their EAD/AP...... Although several of us received them in the mail and never received an update on the website/email system.....
