AOS june 2008 filer

hello ,, i m realy getting worried ,, i did not have a touch on my aos since july 15 the day of biometric ,, my noa date is 20 june ,,, in 2 days oys gonna be 90 days since filling ,, i dont know what to do or to think ,, i just wish my case is not deffirent than most of u guys ,,, i already have my ead i got it on december 2007 ,, i did not fil aps till june this year ,, anyway i m praying my aos will get touch soon or get an interviw letter or at least have sign of life do u guys think there is a little bit of more hope or should i try something else like calling them or schedul an infopass since 90 days from filling is gonna be in 2 days ?

I was about to schedule an infopass the 90th day since first NOA...and got the interview letter...but I am thinking to schedule one anyway as I don't have EAD...

I am pretty sure that you'll get the interview letter soon...don't go by the uscis website...there are no touches on my case since the 25th of July..the day of the bio...and I got the interview letter today!

We had our interview this morning in Detroit and we were approved!!! It was a fantastically easy experience and I'm very relieved not to have to deal with the USCIS for another 2 years or so!!!

Don't worry. You will get your interview letter very soon. And USCIS is not touching cases when interview letters are sent out. Don't worry about getting touched either. Just keep an eye out for the letter in mail box.

HI GUYS WELL I AM SOOOOOOO SAD MY HUSBAND GOT HIS EAD CARD AND WE THOUGHT HE WAS GOING TO WORK WITH MY UNCLE AND NOW HIS JOB IS SLOW SO THIS REALLY SUCKS. HE IS APPLYING A LOT IN OTHER PLACES BUT HE DOESN'T KNOW MUCH ENGLISH YET, HE IS GOING TO START ENGLISH SCHOOL ON MONDAY. THE ONLY THING THAT WOULD MAKE ME HAPPY IS IF HE GOT HIS AOS APPROVED AND WE HAVEN'T GOTTEN IT. I NOTICED THAT SOME PEOPLE IN THE JULY FORUM GOT THEIRS. HOPEFULLY HE GETS IT APPROVED SOON.

Did your case get transferred to Cali or you had an interview? 3 mos b4 it expires you have to apply to remove condition then you'll get a 10 yr GC Congratulations
