Nada for me either... my last touch was on the same day as yours visao. Actually our timeline is a lot similar... makes me wonder "What the heck did they do touching our AOS on the 22nd and not taking any action afterwards??

ACTION please!

- Don't want to complain too much though, because at least I got the EAD.

Be thankful you got your EAD. Those of us that filed in early June, still have seen NO action on our case whatsoever. You can at least work, where those of us who ahve not even recieved our EAD yet, are still stuck at home, relying on one income to support the family.

Sorry, don't take this as an attack, I am just really frustrated that USCIS says they process the cases in the order they recieve them, but from june 15th on they all have there EAD cards. Those of us that have filed in the begining of june, still have had no touches, no action, no nothing on our cases!!!!

Your EAD went past 90 days window, it's time to make infopass appt if you haven't. July filer peeps already getting theirs.

I have, and been on the phone daily only to get the run around! I was told not to go to the info pass appointment, by Agent Peter, because it was 200 miles away, it was something that he could do over the phone. But it seems more then likely that It will end up with us going the 200 miles, cause we are not getting anywhere going this way. They are not responding to the service requests that were filled out, and I have given the agents on the phone a peicie of my mind, each and everytime they tell me I just have to wait!

My husband used to get sooooo frustrated whenever he called USCIS... then when I was here in April (and hadn't gotten an NOA2 yet - almost 180 days!) the plan was to just keep calling until we found someone that was actually willing to do their job! Luckily for us, that happened on the 2nd call! If you're over 90 days, keep calling & calling & calling...seriously, not like we're working or anything...you have lots of time to be on the phone...do NOT give up! There's TONS of agents answering the phones, DO NOT settle!! Good luck everyone!!

jen

Yes! "Resistance removes Persistance"! Keep calling.

:) I have 24 h left until 90 days since NOA1

So..I got the phone ready..I got the number ready.. I AM READY TO CALL THEM :)

The 90 days rule is for EAD only. I think it's 6 months for AoS - I'm not sure  Since you did not get transferred to Cali, maybe they're sending out an interview letter without your case being touched

Today I called USCIS about my EAD, the lady was really helpful and put in an inquiry for me, she said she sees nothing wrong.Although, she said my files are in some juris...something office, I'm sorry, I didn't get the name quite right and she said my files being there, they COULD be ready to make a decision on my AOS, since my case didn't have any red flags and I sent evidence that are probably enough for them to decide on my case, I never heard of that before, have you?Well, she got my hopes up but not much, since I'm not K1/K3 and never heard of such thins, guess I'll have to wait and see, please keep me in your good thoughts, I've been sitting at home for over 7 months nnow, no DL, no SSN, no nothing.

oh my... I think a better deal is to go directly to local office w/ infopass and do an inquiry there...

why don;t you try that? I think that is what I will do right now..I will get an appt and if I get my EAD by Thursday (yeah right!) I will cancel the infopass

Good luck to you rephandarrin! Trust me..I;m going crazy just like you ;) so...meet u at the psych ward hahahaha

Isn't that election day? Good day to get a GC approval!

Yeah that is election day... I am surprised that a Federal agency would be open on that date. I am a municipal employee and we have the day off. Are you sure the interview is on the 4th???

I submitted the my wife's AOS package on June 18th.

Today she got her interview letter. Interview will be on October 22nd. I just hope everything goes well and get this over with.

I didnt submit an application for EAD or advance parole. I wonder if this makes a difference. I thought it was pretty quick turnover time.
