WE ARE JUNE FILERS TOO!!!!...

-sent AOS May 30th, 2008...with EAD & AP...

-got NOA on June 10th for AOS & AP

-EAD packet returned & they requested I send payment or an AOS receipt #...even though I specified that I had sent the check with the AOS...duh... :bonk: ...LOL

-sending EAD back tomorrow.

-received Biometrics appt letter on June 13th...appt for July 2nd @ 8am in St Paul, MN

QUESTION: I have the receipt #'s for my forms and I can't track them on USCIS...how long does it take them get the numbers online generally?...anyone know from experience?...

I rec'd NOA's on 6/16 and cases' status are available online the next day: 6/17.

we got our NOA1s on the 16th as well. Check hasn't cleared yet and the site still doesn't show our receipt numbers. It is the same one you could track the k1 on correct?

I'm able to track online (my dates are about the same as original poster) and I have not yet completed biometrics.

AOS (from h1-b)

Filed: 06/03/08

Received/Priority Date: 06/05/08

NOA1: 06/10/08

Biometrics: 07/03/08

EAD: 8/18/08

Interview: 10/22/08 - APPROVED!

Card Production Ordered: 10/22/08

Card Received: 11/3/08

ALL DONE TIL 2010!

Really that confusion, should we open a new account not the one we use for K1 visa or what? cause i am sure the initials letter for receipt number are the same for all of us ...!!!

Hi,

I can't check my status either. My receipt is for MSC but I am not sure it matters. I have read elsewhere that some people can track their cases right away, others can track their cases after biometrics and others never see their cases online at all

Check my last post, my four pending cases are now trackable via the USCIS website.

I have my fingers crossed that other posters case will appear online soon.

Sept. 19th - Card Production Ordered! (113 days since filing)

Sept. 25th - EAD Received!!!

Dec. 5th 2008 - Received appointment letter

Feb. 4th 2009 - AOS Interview (Interviewer says going to recommend for approval)

May 15th- called and talked to an officer to submit a service request

June 10th- Made an infopass appointment,

June 15th- Info pass appointment, told me they could do nothing until the officer made their decision!

June 27 - Filed for I-131 as well as renewal of my work authorization.

July 23rd- Received I-131

Dec 22, 2009 - Biometrics appointment yet again.

January 21, 2010 Second interview

January 22nd - I-485 Touched

January 27th - Received a Request for additonal evidence.

May 27 I-485 Approved

June 13th 2010 - Green card received!

3rd October 08 - Green card in hand!!

26th August 10 - Sent I-751 to VSC

31st August 10 - NOA1 from VSC

10th January 11 - I-751 approved!

14th January 11 - 10-year green card in hand!!

22nd April 23 - N400 submitted online; NOA available in USCIS account immediately
6th November 23 - Interview; approval same day
28th November 23 - Oath ceremony scheduled
