Did anyone reach the 90 days mark without receiving the EAD?In 1 week exactly I will :(

Hi there! If it reached the 90 day mark thats the time you can make an infopass and for them to phone NBC to make your EAD ASAP :whistle: Hoping for good news soon with you. Blessings

Oct 14, 2008---EAD1 CARD ARRIVES! Approval date is Oct. 2, 2008

Dec 10, 2008---INTERVIEW DAY! APPROVED!!!

Dec 17, 2008---WELCOME NOTICE RECEIVED

7/29/08 - Resubmitted EAD (They LOST the application!!!) #######?

8/18/08 - EAD Touch

8/18/08 - AOS APPROVAL

YEAH!!!! Well same scenario here as many of you... there was no update on the website or email or letter. We just got in the mail our AP and our EAD. This is great news since now my wife could proceed with her job which could not pay her for about 2 weeks cause she was not authorized. Anyways.... looking forward to getting our AOS approved very soon! God is so good and kind. Everything is just flying.... after much waiting for our K1 visa i must say it paid off to do things the right way.... because we are legit and have everything in order our AOS process has just flown by!!!!

Just remember God is never late!!!

I have a question regarding my wife's AP documentation. We received 2 documents which are identical which i suppose are her AP documents... i don't quite remember but i believe on the top it states they are forms I-151.... anyways... is it correct that she received 2 copies or was this a mistake by USCIS?

If the timelines at the local office are correct...I still have plnty of time to wait for my EAD as they are processing April 1st right now..that's 2 months and a half before my filing date... :( ^&%$

nope...but the EAD's are processed at the local office

the transf relates only to the AOS not EAD

uhm i asked in this forum before regarding where do they process the eads...and they said they process it at the national benefits center...so..i don't think ur ead is being process in your local office..i just think so...anyone? correct me if i'm wrong. :unsure:

it seems that I had some wrong info here...anyway it sucks as there have been no touches :(

I didn't have any touches between my biometrics and the date I received my EAD card production ordered email. So I wouldn't worry too much about lack of touches for EAD. Also, based on other approvals it looks like they are doing EADs for people who's NOA's are about a week before yours, so yours will be coming soon. Be patient, it'll happen! :thumbs:
