Today I got this e-mail from the USCIS after having filed back on June 5th .I have already received an RFE for I-864 on July 12th, to which I responded a litlle bit late and my case was not resumed until August 1st .I am glad it's been finally transferred to California .It says that in the mail I got last Friday as a Transfer Notice. I pray I receive no more RFEs.and I hope all the VJ members to receive good news soon.

I am still concerend about the Employment Authorization .I hope they have resumed processing it too after they received the RFE response .I can retrieve nothing new about it on the USCIS website except the receipt update on June 10th at the National Benefits Center. and I don't undesratnd you guys when you talk about the touches because I always see the date updated whenever i search my cases.

please can anyone explian to me the touches ? and is there anhything else one can know about the Employment Authorization processing updates ? thank you and good luck !

We also filed in June and got acceptance letter in July. Silly me who has not made a single mistake since we started this... forgot to add my signature to AOS paperwork!

If the timelines at the local office are correct...I still have plnty of time to wait for my EAD as they are processing April 1st right now..that's 2 months and a half before my filing date... ^&%$

nope...but the EAD's are processed at the local office

uhm i asked in this forum before regarding where do they process the eads...and they said they process it at the national benefits center...so..i don't think ur ead is being process in your local office..i just think so...anyone? correct me if i'm wrong.
