Hi all, here is my timeline.

AOS (USC Spouse)

Date received 6/22/2008

NOA 6/26/2008

Biometrics 7/18/2008

RFE 7/22/2008

RFE Received 8/07/2008

LUD 8/07/2008

EAD

Date received 6/22/2008

NOA 6/26/2008

LUD 6/30/2008

Biometrics 7/18/2008

Since they received the RFE, there is no LUD on my AOS, whether online or mail. I am hoping to receive EAD soon based on similar time-lines I see, but I am afraid the RFE may cause a delay in my case.

Received AP in the mail today! It never made it into CRIS so I knew I was just waiting for the envelope. No news on EAD or AOS...

Question: Does your Social Security Card say: "Not Valid for Work without DHS Authorization" if it does when you get your Green Card you can go to the Social Security and have a replacement card with that notation removed. Here is a thread I found; hope it helps: Here

Nothing (good) in the mail today....nothing in my e-mail...no updates on uscis website account...

I think they got lazy in Chicago..with the holiday w-end and so..

we'll all get EAD's and get transf after the 1st of Sept ..hehe

Yay, we got AP in the mail today! Still no touches since 7/3 on the website though! Hopefully EAD will soon follow...good luck to everyone else still waiting

Hi Vjers! I got my EAD today. Thanks God! It is a big surprise, the only mail inside our mailbox today.

We received the RFE. Apparently USCIS lost the medical exam documentation cause they are asking for a medical exam and vaccine documentation.. I'm so pissed! How did they loose DOCUMENTS??!!!

Anyways I asked for a copy of the exam at POE when my husband entered the US. so at least I can send that to them and avoid dishing out more money for an exam that was already done. I also have the receipts for the money that we paid the doctor in the Dominican Republic for the exam and the vaccines.

I got an email from CRIS welcoming the new permanent resident! Hang in there everyone, I filed late June so everyone should be approved soon! Wow....thanks to all....I'm so thankful for VJ.
