Still no touches on AOS since 7/11. Wish they would do something at least. Patience I have but its going quickly LOL

I keep closing my eyes as i log into my USCIS account in hopes that maybe i'll be presented with a surprise approval.... hahaha.... no such thing! nothing since August 22 touch! I hope they are simply finalizing things.... hope also others get good news soon...

All you guys that got two touches last week will get some sort of information from USCIS this week either an Approval or an RFE either way you are gonna know something just keep the faith. I got two touches last week nothing showed up on the USCIS website and I got an approval letter in the mail on Monday. Keep the faith.

I really hope you are right.... it would be awesome to finally get some rest from USCIS. But hey i need to be thankful... i'm married with my sweetie.... we are no longer apart and God is meeting all our needs so this time the wait is a piece of cake.... Let's just keep praying though....

MAILBOX SURPRISE!! MAILBOX SURPRISE!!! OH MY GOD! MAILBOX SURPRISE!!!!

I just got my EAD Card in the mail! No CRIS notification, no touches, no approval/card production letter! Hubby got the mail today and didn't even notice the letter. I recognized the Lee Summit, MO address right away! I'm so happy and relieved!

Our case was never transfered to CSC, only recieved one touch (from biometrics), never got a CRIS email...so keep the faith you guys! Your approved EADs are coming soon.

And BTW, my online case status still says: "Case recieved and pending"

Sometimes I wonder just what they do to 'forget' to update their site. I can't see our case being transferred at this point and that's fine. Just wish they would do something. Granted Kris is just happy he can work legally. Now if my employer would just call him in for a blasted interview!!! LOL

How can they not see it in their system if it's been approved?! Am I called the wrong people? What prompts should we be going through? We care much more about the EAD so he can get a job, etc.. It hasn't come in the mail yet, but could it be approved since the AP has?

well when you call the 1800 number the recorder message is telling you before you get to be trans to the operators that they do not have any more info compared to what you see on line..so I am not surprised that he did not know that ur AP was approved as long as u said that ur portfolis shows it as pending

from what I;ve seen at the previous month's filers..these two (AP and EAD) kind of go hand in hand so I am pretty sure that got approved as well

Me! I haven't seen anyone else mention it yet though. I'm at the end of my 6 year h1-b, and was on TNs before that.
