it gives us hope to see more and more people getting approvals, even without updates at the USCIS websight.. we have no updates since July 2nd, BEFORE Biometrics (July 18th)... feeling very sad here too but trying to remain positive...

we would just love to have the EAD as soon as possible...my husband has someone waiting to hire him and every month we have to put him off is getting depressing...tomorrows another day...

those of you with approvals, please keep thinking good thoughts for all of us still waiting...

good luck everyone!

Hey guys. My wife applied for the AOS, EAD, and AP in sort-of early June. At the end of June, she did her biometrix. In mid July, she got an RFE, and we replied 3 days later. And, in the beginning of August, we made a change of address. Do you know if the RFE and change of address will slow down the process?

Thanks.

I have the same question. We had our civil wedding on June 18th and we sent our paperwork on June 25th and on August 7th we had our ecclesiastic wedding. We just moved out to our new apartment and I am not sure if i should change my address cause i don't want to slow down the process. My ex-room mates live in my previous address so there is no concern of us loosing any mail. Could someone please advise on this. thanks!

Really i am not sure, but i think is the best is not to change address, but of course the RFE makes a delay in the cases.
