Good day all,

:dance::dance::dance::dance::dance: Good news! :dance: My EAD card just magically appeared in the mail today. I did not receive any CRIS email nor update from USCIS website at all. I-765 still shows as pending :wacko: . So I guess the approved date on my I-765 was the date card valid from August 16, 2008. Thank God! Thanks all you lovely people for your support & good luck to all! :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

thank u for your reply Richo ,, from now and on i will be checking my email frequently and my case status online ,, i wish the best for everybody ,, by the way i already have my EAD i filded for it in september 2007 and got it on dec 2007 ,,me and my wife could not afford the 1010 dollars to fil for the whole process when the fee went up ,, so we filed only for the EAD an dthat cost us about 360 dollars or something like that ,,, we saved up some money and we just filed for aos ,, at leat i can beat this waiting time for my GC by spending the whole day at work :D

Yeah i did read your post. Congratulations. Did you recieved a welcome letter (hard copy) already? I received Welcome letter as a new resident in the USA on August 18, 2008 from USCIS. Once again congratulations.

Don't worry, your turn will come soon. My EAD was approved in 71 days from date filed. I filed June 6th and was approved on August 16th; yours was filed late June, so I guess you'd have to wait a couple more weeks. :whistle::wacko:
