Cool.... our application also got touched again today! Wow.... yesterday and today.... from what i have been seeing, it appears that alot of these transferred applications get approved somewhere a little over the month mark since they got transferred. I hope this is true and we get approved very soon!

17th May 08 - Got married!!!!! :)

18th June 08 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP to Chicago lockbox

3rd October 08 - Green card in hand!!

26th August 10 - Sent I-751 to VSC

31st August 10 - NOA1 from VSC

10th January 11 - I-751 approved!

14th January 11 - 10-year green card in hand!!

22nd April 23 - N400 submitted online; NOA available in USCIS account immediately
6th November 23 - Interview; approval same day
28th November 23 - Oath ceremony scheduled

02-06-13: Case approved, NOA2.
02-19-13: NVC received case.
03-08-13: Case # assigned--HCM2013******.
03-09-13: Paid AOS Fee $88.00.
03-09-13: Emailed DS-3032 from Beneficiary's email address.
03-13-13: AOS Fee showed as PAID & sent AOS package certified mail.
03-18-13: AOS package delivered @ 10:50 A.M.
03-18-13: DS-3032 accepted.
03-20-13: IV Bill Invoice.
03-21-13: Paid IV Fee $230.00.
03-23-13: IV Fee showed as PAID.
04-23-13: Sent IV package certified mail.
04-26-13: IV package delivered @ 11:13 A.M.

wow lots of activity at CSC this week huh!! it has to be a good sign, got AP earlier in the week and EAD card in the mail yesterday and a touch on the 485 today! nice if they would just send out the GC to us all so we wouldn't have to worry about anything for at least 2 years!

Have any of you guys noticed a trend. We all are getting our AOS touched on two consecutive days. From my analysis of everything the other person I think it was KJW got touched and five days after they got their AOS approved. Good Luck to all mt last touch was on the 21 for my AOS so lets see if the trend keeps up.

Hi everyone!

I got my AP in the mail the other day, and I got my EAD in the post today!!! Happy days :dance:

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that everyone else gets approved real soon x
