A quick note to say that i got another e-mail from CRIS, it state that they send me an aproval notice on 8/19 for the EAD!

Application Type: I765 , APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On August 19, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this

Congratulations to all the recent approvals! Looks like USCIS is working great for the june filers. We are still waiting, at least for even a touch. :( No news yet.

i m a june filer too ,, my first noa is dated 20 june ,, my biometrics was done july 15 ,,, the last touch i had was july 15 too ,, till today i did not hear anything or got any touch ,, maybe thats because i m on a k3 visa and the only thing to expect next is an interview letter,,,, an other thing since i did not recieve any RFE till today does that mean my case is a go or i might recieved a RFE if there is something missing with my case ? i appreciate any help from u guys or any information about any case like mine that u might heard about it somewhere around here ,, thanks :reading::reading:
