Had a couple of touches since bio but nothing concrete... and I know from K1 that touches might just mean someone is playing with our paperwork pushing it from desk to desk... That's the thing with touches, they might mean nothing or they might mean approval of something!

17th December 07 - Interview- APPROVED! :)

17th May 08 - Got married!!!!! :)

18th June 08 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP to Chicago lockbox

3rd October 08 - Green card in hand!!

26th August 10 - Sent I-751 to VSC

31st August 10 - NOA1 from VSC

10th January 11 - I-751 approved!

14th January 11 - 10-year green card in hand!!

22nd April 23 - N400 submitted online; NOA available in USCIS account immediately
6th November 23 - Interview; approval same day
28th November 23 - Oath ceremony scheduled

As at August 4th:

69 June filers

66 had biometrics appointments (95.6%)

19 been transferred to CSC (27.5%)

Another CSC transfer here! Just go the letter today (6 days after biomtrics) Woohoo!

Let's make that 20 transfers to CSC ... 29%! :)

Very predictable results based on past history (see earlier post below). Of those transferred to CSC, most (98%) should get GC without interview.

I've tried searching the boards and this may seem like a really dumb question but what is an actual 'touch'? I'm working on my timeline to post here but basically we got an NOA saying that our AOS was received on June 30th and I had my Biometrics on July 22nd. My EAD and GC status are

'processing' so what would a 'touch' be from this stage, a USCIS letter update of some kind?
