Looks like cases received early June are not being transferred as fast as cases received at the end of the month. That could be a trend or just an improved email communication process for new cases. Not sure if all early June cases are being email notified.

With all this Transfer situation I have noticed that most if not all of the Transfers are CSC (CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER) , Maybe the timeliness for people not in California are different.

Personally we are from Texas , Has anyone from Texas had their case transfered?

I'm in Tx and ours is still waiting.. i could have sworn one person from June was transfered to the CSC

We filed on June 18th ..here at Milwaukee Office things are reaaaaaalllllyyyy slow!!!!! :protest: Everyone gets their bio appt like in 3-4 weeks..we had them in about 5 after the filing date,...anyway, everything is slow in milwaukee - when my hubby had applied for his citizenship it took him 10 months ( his name wasn't stuck in name check btw) compared to our relatives in chicago where they had filed at same time with us - took him 5 months for naturalization and to his wife 4 for aos...they are done for a while now and we are still waiting .... MILWAUKEE SUCKS!!!

btw...we don't even dream about getting the aos done w/o the interview...we know that Milwaukee is dragging us down...probably will be the last ones from the June filers on this portal to get our aos done... we should have hired a lawyer...I wonder how much hiring a lawyer helps..?/// :unsure:

It's not only people in CA who get transferred to CSC.... that's just where the service center is. We're in TX and were transferred to CSC last week, after filing in mid-June.

It would be awesome to be transferred to CSC and approved without an interview. But I don't mind having an interview since I got nothin to hide.

It would also be a lot more rewarding if I get approved (with or without an interview) after our 2nd wedding anniversary, which is on October 3rd. As I have read around here, people receive their 10-yr GC's when their marriage is 2+ years old.

Congrats!

Some AOS cases are transferred to the service center in California (CSC) and processed there rather than at your local USCIS office, which PROBABLY means you won't need an interview. However, getting transferred doesn't mean that you'll be 100% guaranteed not to have an interview. It's highly unlikely that you'll be interviewed, but it's not guaranteed that you won't. Someone quoted about 98% or something...

Not trying to be pessimistic or anything, but for anyone who does get transferred then subsequently called to interview, it isn't impossible... just very unlikely. Hopefully it won't happen to any of us!! :)

Hello all I am a June filer and our I-485 was transferred to California. Since it has been transferred there have been 2 touches. Does this mean that it can get approved any day or the I-765??? I really hope we get our case approved quick. :star::star::star::star:

I gave recent statistics a few weeks ago (go back in this thread or look at my old posts). About 30 to 35% of AOS applications have been transferred to CSC in the past eight months. Of the applications that have been transferred, 98% have been issued a GC without an interview.
