Us too...our last touch was on 7/2. Even our biometrics on 7/15 did not result in a touch. I wonder if this means that the ASC has yet to send our biometrics back to NBC. :unsure:

congratz on the transfer.. i must say.. all these people getting moved and nada here since bio.. ugh.. limbo sucks!

were right there with ya.. our last touch was July 2nd, Bio was July 18th...no touches after Bio... *sigh*

09/20/2008 - Got a letter saying they are working on my I-765 actively and there's nothing they could do, I have to wait for 6 more months till I'm "out of the" timeline again GRRRRRRRRRRR

09/25/2008 - Infopass appt.

09/26/2008 - EAD, card production ordered. YAAAAAAAAAAAY

09/29/2008 - EAD touched

10/01/2008 - EAD touched

10/03/2008 - Approval notice sent!yupyyyyyyyyyy

10/04/2008 - Finally received the EAD, time to go job hunting!

OK... so last week I got a message from CRIS saying our case had been transferred to CSC. I just had ANOTHER message from CRIS saying the case has been "transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office".

Huh? Does this mean it's at my local office? Did they change their mind after it got to CSC and decide I'll need an interview after all? (I know most transfers don't need interview...) Has anyone else had this?

Kinda confused... and want to know this is normal!! :huh:

StoryAngel I got the same message too which means CSC (California Service Centre) finally received your paperwork (hard copy) and they have resumed processing ur case.

Thanks guys. How confusing! You'd have thought they could stick with one name for the place instead of changing it in one letter to the next. If CSC=USCIS office that's great - it's just weird the way they word it. Bureaucracy and red tape... ugh....

02-06-13: Case approved, NOA2.
02-19-13: NVC received case.
03-08-13: Case # assigned--HCM2013******.
03-09-13: Paid AOS Fee $88.00.
03-09-13: Emailed DS-3032 from Beneficiary's email address.
03-13-13: AOS Fee showed as PAID & sent AOS package certified mail.
03-18-13: AOS package delivered @ 10:50 A.M.

I really wish there was a better way to judge things. From the trends I've been looking at.. the EAD seems to be approved about a month to month and a half after the Bio. As for the transfer to CSC.. there is no real way to gauge if it will or won't be transfered. (frustrating as it may be)

-Hubby and I decided to drive to OKC the night before appt.

-My appt time was 11:00 AM we got there an hour early.

-@ 10:45 AM was allowed into the building.

-Filled about the paperwork it took about 3 minutes.

-Was done with fingerprints/photo by 11:10 AM

-Got lunch and was back on the road heading home.

-Case was last touched on July 29th,2008 (RFE doc's)
