Congratz!... Just curious.. what determines if a case is transferred to CSC anyway?

Thanks! They will email/notify (NOA) you of what Service Center is your Package transferred for speed up processing.

Hi to everyone,

I can't track my status online, i don't know what's going on. The result says "Case status retreival failed" and then it says "We can't find the recceipt number in our system". I already hane my NOA's and my biometric appointment but still i dont see my case status online. Does anyone have the same case as mine?

My husband filed for citizenship last year in August, his case was available online only in November...and since then...he had bio appt, the interview and the oath...and nothing has changed since November...same text saying that the case was received in August and it's at the Nebraska office.... My conclusion===>>> USCIS doesn't always update the info on line... don't worry about it... Have you tried calling the 1-800 number? the automated service can tell you exact the same info you would find online

I don't think there's any rhyme or reason to it, just luck.

We got our NOA1s today for all 3. Dated July 7. We also got the biometrics appointment letter, for July 25th. We're going to be in Las Vegas then for my friend's wedding, so I hope it isn't going to be a huge pain to reschedule it. Does anyone know if that might delay the processing (particularly for AP or EAD) at all??

I think that its pretty good news! I have read in a few different places around VJ that getting transferred to California can often mean you will not have an interview, and it will just be approved and sent to you! Hope thats true! Good Luck!

Hi, the same thing happened to me, but once i finish my Biometric then i could track my case online, so just wait until you done with biometric, or keep trying everyday cause some filers could see their case online before the biometric.

Hey guys, I went to get my Biometrics done today, I'm just so mad!

I have(at least had until the Biometrics time) a nose ring, when I got there, the lady said I needed to take my ring off, 'coz the picture could have nothing in my face bla bla bla well, that's when it started....My ring doesn't have an opening or anything it was just pinched closed, I went to try and take if off, it bled, I hurt my finger but fine I needed to get it done, I was just hoping it'd be fast so I wouldn't lose the piercing hole, when I get back, the ladies are talking and she decides to clean bubble gum out of the carpet...Oh come on, now!Was it really necessary?I'm sitting there and waiting while she's cleaning the floor.After I was done I went running to put it back but it was too late.

It's not like it's a big deal or anything but it's kindda sad...I've had the ring for a while and was attached to it, it took forever to finally heal and now I don't have it anymore coz the lady decided to clean the floor =(

I wonder what happens to ladies from India that have that as a part of their culture, did someone experience that?
