AOS june 2008 filer

Hi everyone! I have a question... I'm trying to see on the USCIS website the status of my application and it says" Attempting to add a case that does not exist. Check the app receipt number."..... am I the only one that gets this error ?? I mean I received noa1 almost one month ago... I should be on their website already....

I also applied for the AOS in June, I have both the AOS and the EAD reciept numbers, the EAD number is working and i have had updates but the the AOS reciept number is doing the same thing as yours above, saying case number does not exist, blah blah blah.

Seen as this has happened to both of us i am not overly concerned now.

I have my biometrics interview coming on the 16th, so i may ask when i am, there in the office.

I'm getting a tad nervous. No NOAs and our check hasn't been cashed yet, and they received it the 30th. What's the holdup?? Or am I just being impatient? grrr.

I know that feeling well. It will come. Ours was mailed the 7th of June, they got it the 9th, our NOA1 date was the 13th and we got our NOA1s on the 16th. It should arrive soon. (our check didn't clear till after we got the NOA1s)

Hi to everyone,

I can't track my status online, i don't know what's going on. The result says "Case status retreival failed" and then it says "We can't find the recceipt number in our system". I already hane my NOA's and my biometric appointment but still i dont see my case status online. Does anyone have the same case as mine?
