Hi to everyone, I am also a june filer. I sent my AOS in June 20 and they received it on June 22. Last saturday which was June 28, I received an NOA dated June 25, 2008. I have been trying to check my status online but it says it is not in their list yet. So dont know what is wrong. I just wish to received my biometric appointment soon.

Well, thanks to all your posts here, it helps me lot while doing my application.

I just got off from the phone and finally talked to live person in USCIS..

The customer service checked my zipcode and then told me to go to Raleigh office instead of Charlotte.

Are they going to send u another notice to go to that office? Or u just go by what he says she says? Do you need proof: like appt. notice to go to Raleigh? I hope it's working out best for you :)

The customer service said just bring the notice to Raleigh office., but we want to be sure we will call the Raleigh/Durham office to confirm if really i can do it there.. instead in Charlotte which is my original bio appt was.

Hello! We are June filers as well.

Haven't recieved the biometrics appointment though it's been 2 weeks since we recieved the NOA. And we can't check the case status online (MSCxxxxxxxxxx). I desperately need the EAD ASAP since I have a job lined up waiting for me to have a permit. Just have to keep playing this waiting game I guess. I am worried that we haven't recieved the biometrics appointment letter, as I see lots of folks here get it within a couple of days of their NOAs.

Please add us to the list. These dates are both for the EAD and the AOS:
