Kris and I will be filing tomorrow 6/6 directly after we get our certified copy of the license. I'm curious though. Since it's going to a lockbox we can't send it with signature required can we?

Hi, anybody here june filer took a TST and blood test before they sent the AOS package? coz mine, i sent my AOS, EAD package with out TST and blood test documents. only the vaccination suplement transcribe by the CS. i had my full medical exam from overseas last oct.30,2007.

AOS/EAD

o5-29-08--SENT THE AOS PACKAGE TO USCIS

o5-31-08--Item was delivered at 5:35 AM in CHICAGO, IL 60680.

o6-04-08--USCIS recieved the AOS and EAD package

o6-10-08--AOS and EAD NOA date

o6-14-08--Recieved a AOS and EAD notice for Biometric on June 24, 2008

o6-24-08--AOS and EAD Biometrics done today! @ 9:00 a.m in West Palm Fl.

o6-24-08--AOS and EAD touch!

o6-25-08--AOS and EAD touch!

o7-08-08--AOS case transfered to CSC

o7-11-08--AOS case pending at CSC

o8-07-08--EAD Card Production Ordered today!CRIS

o8-14-08--AOS touched

o8-15-08--Email from CRIS Welcoming for a new resident in the USA

o8-15-08--Email from CRIS EAD notice approval

o8-15-08--EAD card arrived in the mail, EAD was approved in 70 days.

o8-18-08--Received hard copy of WELCOME LETTER as a new resident in the USA

o8-25-08--GREEN CARD Card Production Ordered

o8-29-08--AOS Approved! without Interview

o9-02-08--Received GREEN CARD with out INTERVIEW, with out RFE.

So USPS really stopped tracking our package. The last update we have was when it left Elk Grove, IL but it doesnt have the "delivered" update.

So we are just supposing it has been delivered and will wait for the NOA in the mail or for the check to be cashed until around June15th.

If by then we don't get any signs of the AOS petition I guess we'll have to make another one and void the check.

It sucks!!!!!

Conditions lifted 10 yr GC in hands since Feb. 2011!

...onto researching and studying to become a U.S Citizen.

I suggest taking your Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation to the local USPS. They may him haw or tell you they cannot look it up, but they can. I have done this before and was told when the package was delivered.

03-09-13: Paid AOS Fee $88.00.
03-09-13: Emailed DS-3032 from Beneficiary's email address.
03-13-13: AOS Fee showed as PAID & sent AOS package certified mail.
03-18-13: AOS package delivered @ 10:50 A.M.
03-18-13: DS-3032 accepted.
03-20-13: IV Bill Invoice.
03-21-13: Paid IV Fee $230.00.
03-23-13: IV Fee showed as PAID.
04-23-13: Sent IV package certified mail.

Got I-693 Medical and Vaccines completed by Civil Surgeon today June 06, 08. He transferred the vaccines my wife had in Vietnam plus he did the TB skin test and blood test as required per the CS. The whole thing cost $125. Was worth it and worry-free RE: medical RFE. Also the AoS and EAD applications were completed and mailed off today to Chicago Lockbox. Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God Bless! :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

AOS Process

May 29th 2008- AOS/EAD/I-130 Sent to Chicaogo Lock Box sent via Overnight Delivery

June 6th - Both checks cashed!!

June 25th - Biometrics appointment

Sept. 19th - Card Production Ordered! (113 days since filing)

Sept. 25th - EAD Received!!!

Dec. 5th 2008 - Received appointment letter

Feb. 4th 2009 - AOS Interview (Interviewer says going to recommend for approval)

May 15th- called and talked to an officer to submit a service request

June 10th- Made an infopass appointment,

June 15th- Info pass appointment, told me they could do nothing until the officer made their decision!

June 27 - Filed for I-131 as well as renewal of my work authorization.

July 23rd- Received I-131

Dec 22, 2009 - Biometrics appointment yet again.

January 21, 2010 Second interview

January 22nd - I-485 Touched

January 27th - Received a Request for additonal evidence.

May 27 I-485 Approved

June 13th 2010 - Green card received!
