Well, we're June filers as well (sent AOS and EAD out on June 19, no NOA yet, but it *HAS* only been a couple days, I suppose we can cut the mail service a little slack ;) )

It's great to see some familiar names from back when we were all "July filers" for k-1.

Good luck to us all! May we have swift and successful results on this leg of our journeys!

11/28/07 TOUCH! (Is it in the mail now?!?!)

11/28/07 (later that same day!...) got email notification of APPROVAL! NOA2 should be in the mail! YAY!

11/29/07 Touch.. Maybe they're just looking at it to get it ready to mail to NVC?

11/30/07 Receive NOA2 in the mail : APPROVED!

12/07/07 Receive letter from NVC with case number, saying packet on it's way to Oz

12/12/07 Aussie embassy receives info

12/13/07 Embassy mails out packet 3

12/20/07 My sweetie receives packet 3

01/23/08 Medical Exam in Brisbane (apparently the only doctor within 1,200 miles that does these exams anymore. The doctor in Cairns no longer does them!) My sweetie already mailed back packet 3 prior to the exam so that we could save a bit of time.

02/18/08 Receive packet 4, after they mistakenly mailed a pack for an entirely different person to my Aussie! He returned the packet for the other guy and then finally received his own packet.

02/22/08 Consolate Interview: APPROVED! (It went "smooth like butter")

03/20/08 Flight to USA, POE = LAX

AOS and EAD

06/19/08 Mailed out AOS packet (Chicago) along with EAD

06/24/08 NOA 07/18/08 Biomentrics appt.

07/24/08 RFE

12/15/08 EAD approved, card ordered

Applied for immigrant visa for my husband from Egypt (while living there) February 20061st Interview - February 2006 - approvedSent packet and completed medical exam April 2006Received Immigrant visa June 2006Immigrated to the states September 2006Received Greencard September 2006 (Approximately 2 weeks after arrival)Received SS# after 2 weeks (due to error of SS Administration)Had 1st child October 2006Starting working October 2006Mailed paperwork for "Adjustment of Status" June 10th, 2008INS received June 12, 2008Now we are waiting.... :unsure:

Anyone know about how long it takes to get the letter for the biometrics? I figured we would have had it by now.

Hi, mine take about 10 days to arrive, i think it takes from a week to 2 weeks if everything is all right, i hope you received soon.

01-10-2008 : Case forwarded to New Delhi Embassy by NVC.

01-24-2008 : Submitted Packet 3 at New Delhi Embassy.

02-06-2008 : Submitted docs at VFS.

02-21-2008 : Interview- visa was approved pending security.

02-25-2008 : Called NVC and they said Visa is approved. VFS- they didnt get it yet.

02-27-2008: Visa in HAND!!!!

Hi AOS and EAD biometric done today.

8:25 a.m------Arrived in the office and get the number and filled-out the form

8:50 a.m------Number called to fall in line

9:10 a.m------Photo Captured and Fingerprints

9:25 a.m------Done!

It was so easy and the officers are very polite!

So God bless to those who are going for Biometric.

Ok, Just checked USCIS website and I was able to locate my case online.

However, the MSC # that is marked behind the cancelled check is one number off my MSC#.

Only my AOS's MSC # was found. :blink:

the EAD's MSC # was not found in the system yet. :whistle:

Also the EAD and AOS's MSC # is four numbers off. LOL :whistle:
