So you still havent gotten your EAD? I got 2 RFEs as well, on my 2nd RFE it was about the transcripts which I failed to submit cuz I thought W2s will be enough. It was easy to request for transcript, we just went to the IRS office and requested it and in about 10 minutes we are headed to the post office to express mail it. The next day, I went for infopass and demanded that my EAD should be processed immediately and thank God my courageous effort paid off.

Not much going on here.. Kris has had a few interviews.. (has his 2nd interview with my Employer today so fingers crossed on that one) he did get an offer from Apple Computers as well.

As for the AOS.. after it transfered to CSC on 9/22 we had touches 9/22, 9/23, 9/24, 10/3, 10/6 and 10/7. SO no clue what they are doing with it LOL

Im very much sure you'll have good news too, hoepfully within the week. It seems like most of the June filers have reeceived their EAD and GCs and now this forum is quiet and the four of us were the ones left. Lol...anyways, I know we;re all going there..juts be patient.. good luck.. :star:

Did you notice that too?! I feel like there is only me-as a June filer (and all the other June filers who didn`t post their cases on this forum B) with 3 more people from this forum still waiting for their EAD and GC. :blink:

Anyway, I`m calm (sometimes less calm than I wish to be->when checking my only one I-485 online status available and seeing no changes :girlwerewolf2xn: ) and waiting for my turn to come. :clock:

Just like you said-hopefully sooner than later -and your "week prediction"-sounds perfect to me :content: Hope USCIS shares it with us B)

That is really sad if you were able to send the documents before. Well, its hard to contest with immigration. The only thing you can do is to just submit what they ask from you. Anyways, goodluck and hope to hear good news from you soon. :star::star:

Well, the "good" thing is that they lost something that you can get for free and that they haven't lost something like..let's say the medical assessment..that would have been more painful

Hi, I just found this forum. I am a June filer.

Here is my AOS application detail:

AOS package sent to chicago on 6/23/2008

package received on 6/24/2008

NOA1 dated 6/27/2008

Biometrics on 7/16/2008

Request expedite AP by phone on 07/18/2008

AP approved notice by email on 7/21/2008

AP received on by mail 7/27/2008

EAD approved 07/30/2008

In late August, I registered on the website of USCIS for case status service. Last updated for I-485 was 07/16/2008 and I-130 07/02/2008 and for both cases, the Current Status appears online " Case received and pending". No transfer, no interview letter, just waiting. I kind of feel that they lost my files after processing my EAD. Can I call the USCIS requiring about my case in late October? I find the timeframe for I485 in my local office is 4 month. My husband and I got married in the USA and we plan to have another wedding ceremony in my hometown in December. I am afraid that the interview will be conflicting our December trip. Quite nervous!

Here is my AOS application detail:

AOS package sent to chicago on 6/23/2008

package received on 6/24/2008

NOA1 dated 6/27/2008

Biometrics on 7/16/2008

Request expedite AP by phone on 07/18/2008

AP approved notice by email on 7/21/2008

AP received on by mail 7/27/2008

EAD approved 07/30/2008

In late August, I registered on the website of USCIS for case status service. Last updated for I-485 was 07/16/2008 and I-130 07/02/2008 and for both cases, the Current Status appears online " Case received and pending". No transfer, no interview letter, just waiting. I kind of feel that they lost my files after processing my EAD. Can I call the USCIS requiring about my case in late October? I find the timeframe for I485 in my local office is 4 month. My husband and I got married in the USA and we plan to have another wedding ceremony in my hometown in December. I am afraid that the interview will be conflicting our December trip. Quite nervous!

I hear you... We are going to have another celebration in my hometown too, and we are going to postpone it till next Fall, just to allow enough time for the AOS to become finalized. I hope you hear the interview news SOON!!

HELP!!!!

I need enlightenment..

On Oct 7, I checked my online status and it says, I765 Card Production ordered..and then Oct 8, I got another touch on my I765 and today, I checked my online status and it says again:

"Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On October 10, 2008, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register."

I am so confused, I saw the same status back in October 7.

Does anyone of who you experienced the same status?

The 2nd email : "Card production ordered" is when they're sending out the actual card :wacko::wacko: So expect it in ur mail box real soon :wacko::star:

02-06-13: Case approved, NOA2.
02-19-13: NVC received case.
03-08-13: Case # assigned--HCM2013******.
03-09-13: Paid AOS Fee $88.00.
03-09-13: Emailed DS-3032 from Beneficiary's email address.
03-13-13: AOS Fee showed as PAID & sent AOS package certified mail.
03-18-13: AOS package delivered @ 10:50 A.M.
03-18-13: DS-3032 accepted.
03-20-13: IV Bill Invoice.
03-21-13: Paid IV Fee $230.00.
03-23-13: IV Fee showed as PAID.
04-23-13: Sent IV package certified mail.
04-26-13: IV package delivered @ 11:13 A.M.

05-08-13: Case completed @ NVC per telephone call.

05-15-15: Case completed per email from NVC.

06-07-13: Rec'd email from NVC RE: interview date. (letter dated 06-05-13).

07-18-13: Interview date-- PASSED.

I am thinking that for the general number of us w/o transfers or interview dates.

I am hoping that we will start getting good news this October for November / December interviews.

I am estimating earliest at November/December Interviews schedules for all of us June Filers. :)

January 09 interviews by latest.. worst case scenario.. February 09.

Let me know if I am a little too over confident.

I don't think you are necessarily overconfident - we have an interview in October, which will make it 4 months for the process for us (assuming we get some kind of answer at/soon after interview). I really hope all those still waiting get good news soon :)

Removing conditions:

10/9/10 - Package sent to Vermont

10/13/10 - NOA1 date, received 10/18
