Congrats for finally receiving your EAD card, I cant wait to have mine as well. Card production ordered was done yesterday. I wonder how long will it take to receive it. And also, my AOS is also moving, they have been touching on it since Monday, 3 days in a row.

OMG! That is great news...you should be getting your EAD in about 1 week...if they touched your AOS it must be regarding approving it...ours, as we have an interview...they didn't touch it at all since biometrics...so I believe your it's being processed !!!!

OMG! That is great news...you should be getting your EAD in about 1 week...if they touched your AOS it must be regarding approving it...ours, as we have an interview...they didn't touch it at all since biometrics...so I believe your it's being processed !!!!

I had a terrible timeline, I submiited my package June 19, and have not received my EAD. I requested to expedite my EAD via the phone and also made an infopass instead they sent me an RFE which I was able to reply the same day. I went for another infopass last monday, Oct 6, to request that my case be processed ASAP as I have a job waiting for me. On that same day, I got a touch both on my EAD and AOS. Oct 7, EAD card production ordered, and a touch on AOS, today I got another touched on my AOS again. I hope no more RFE for me.

Fingers crossed!!! I know you will be having your interview in about a month from now. I know I will be receiving a letter for my interview as well cuz there is no way that Im not gonna have it since I came here in on B2 visa.

I am a bit curious about the I-130. So once the I765 and I485 was approved, what happens to the I130? Does anybody here who already got the apporval both on the EAD and AOS got the approval for the I130? Or does the I130 automatically be approved once AOS is approved?

As far as I know that is a support for AOS, so as a part of your AOS file it will just be approved when AOS gets approved...I think

I hope you'll get the interview notice soon

(check this out :My EAD is valid from 9/29/08 which is weird because the first touch I got on it was 9/30 and even if it got mailed out on 10/06, the status on line is saying that they mailed it out on 10/07....I received it today 10/08 and there was a touch on it today as well...hmmm)

I think all my complaining and moaning and whining paid off finally. After 4 months of waiting, the USCIS Internet site noted that an approval of the travel document got sent toward us Oct. 2 and the EAD got sent to us Oct. 7. Esta bien, chido. Por fin. I'm still upset with immigration though. They better not fowl anything else up.

Im very much sure you'll have good news too, hoepfully within the week. It seems like most of the June filers have reeceived their EAD and GCs and now this forum is quiet and the four of us were the ones left. Lol...anyways, I know we;re all going there..juts be patient.. good luck..

YanJeff, what was your RFE for? I also got a RFE, and it's related to our tax returns... I filed in late August and the RFE just earlier this week. Obviously still waiting... did you check your status online?
