AOS june 2008 filer

Hi! Count me in to the June filers. We sent it last friday, june 13, 2008.

Paper work send Monday the 16th. YAY!

We received our NAO1 for the AP, EAD and AOS 6/19/08. The check was cashed 6/17/08 and we are able to view the case online with USCIS.

Our AOS will be sent this Friday once we receive our certified marriage certificate!

Quick question to all filers: Having read instructions for the I-485, the I-765 and the I-131 they all say you must submit 2 passport style photos with the form making a total of 6 photos if you file them all together. Did anyone else send this many? It seems a lot but if it's what they need to make it go smoothly then we'll do it. The guide on the AOS suggests 2 photos for the G-325A only though.

We sent in two for all of the above mentioned forms. We put the A number on the back also.

I'm looking for the WAC# or Receipt# behind the check and I am not seeing it.

Is the K1 receipt number going to be the same as the AOS receipt #?

I am looking at the copy of the scanned check and I'm not seeing any receipt number. I guess I should just wait for our NOA1 which has the receipt # in it.

I heard it can take up to 4 weeks to be able to check the status of USCIS website. It this true?

It should say MSCXXXXXXX

But my numbers on the receipts weren't the same as the numbers on the checks.

U will recieved ur NOAs soon..

We were able to check my status online 1 day after I received NOAs.

Ditto for us, we sent 6 photos arranged in pairs for each form that said it wanted 2.

I'll just welcome myself into the June AOS filers thread now too, since we sent the documents in on the 16th, with the lockbox in Chicago receiving them on the 18th. Still waiting for the cashing of the checks and the NOAs.

Received NOAs for I-485 and I-130 dated 6/16 but nothing for I-765 so far. Is this normal?
