This is taking so long. ShaSha had Bio in July and still no changes. All we can do is sit and wait and hope everything is ok.

hi guys, I completely disappeared coz we moved and only today they installed the internet...I have no news, we are gathering stuff for the interview and the scrapbook is finished, we already got the tax transcripts and everything looks good

I'll make sure to take lots of pics with his family on xmas hehehe we went for a family trip and have pics for it so that should be enough...

Does anyone know if all I have to send after I move is the AR-11?Or there is something else?

Still unsure how long I should wait before contacting USCIS. Is it from the original date of the NOA1 or from the date we were transferred. So bloody confusing.

Looks like your timeline is about the same as us, but you had an AOS transfer. Dont know what the problem is with these people with taking so long. If anyone has info on what we should do please help. Its been 6 months since we filed in June and nothing since bio in July.

Robyn-n-Kris I believe that you should call USCIS...go ahead and check the timeline for your service center just to make sure that you are out of their time frame and then place a service call to check on it. ChrisB0707 I believe you should do the same. I for one would do it...

I am on the same boat with ChrisB0707,I tried to call USCIS and spoke to a lady she said i cant place a service call on my case she said all I can do is wait, my case is transferred to california she said they are only processing I-485 based on employment that made me confused, my question is how would I place a service call?

JUZ DROPPIN BY TO UPDATE U GUYS THAT I RECEIVED MY 2 YR GC...YEY!!!regarding bout the change of address... uhm..we had our address changed last october..although they sent the approval notice to our new place...they did send my welcome letter and the GC to my inlaws' house..WEIRD HUH???...almost christmas....happy holidays to all!!!!

As I said in my previous post, you have to check the timeline for the service center your case is at this moment...so if it was transf to CA, check the timeline for CA service center and if your case is out of that timeline, call again and ask to place a service request on your case!

Funny you should ask this. Our case had nothing since the last touch once it was moved to the CSC. Then all of a sudden it was touched 12/19 and 12/21. Not sure what is going on but at least there is some action.

Keep in there. I had an rfe which was a pain but finally got my green card a month ago with no interview. It will happen soon.

My interview was on Nov 13, 2008 and I have another appointment with the same IO in January. We are thinking it might be the lack of joint assets. We only had 2. So yeah dunno what to expect on that day.

I received my GC in mail on Xmas Eve What a nice Xmas gift, USCIS!!!!!

My journey is over for now See you in 2010!
