One question..do you get any e-mail notification when your case is being touched?

I have the e-mail notification mode ON for all of the forms and they were touched twice since I created

the account ( I know that because I check it every day and I see when the date is changing ) but as I said

I didn't get anything in the e-mail...

You won't receive an email when your case is touched, but only when your case has a status change (approval, RFE, transfer, etc)...

Hi,

I just wanted to join up with all you June filers. We filed in June, as my timeline shows. I am not sure exactly how to add my stats to the thread, but am more than happy to, if someone tells me how to!

Also, people seem to be talking about getting transferred to California. Is this particularly good? I had my bio appts on July 14th, and the transfer notice I got this week, said I was transferred to California on the next day, July 15th. Anyway, I hope this helps some, and good luck to all of you other June filers!

I posted recent statistics for AOS in this thread earlier this week. In the past several months, 98% of all cases that transferred to CSC had green cards issued without an interview. So yeah, it's good!

To update the timeline, reply to the last post with the timeline in it (don't use "fast reply") and delete the stuff before and after the table. Then add your info.

Which I sent with the I-485 when we filed.

Received a RFE email notification.(bummer cause it slows the processing up)

But I am also relieved that our case was reviewed and only missing a couple of doc's they need.So furnishing them what they ask for (even if you did prior) is the best thing to do.

Set to go to Bio appt tommorrow.

USCIS Lost my EAD. Everything was sent to the Chicago lock box got NOAs for AOS and AP called when the 30 days had passed I was informed that they were seeing the Cases for my AOS and my AP by no EAD. The officer suggested that I resubmit my EAD with a copy of my Receipts and the cover letter initially sent stating that I had the EAD in that package. Also she stated that I should request an expedited service as it the USCIS error that my case got lost. So last week I resubmitted everything and the wait continues. I am checking the mailbox everyday to see if I will get a NOA or something.

Frustrating......
