I love horseradish on any sandwiches with beef!

Me too!

Neil wanted to eat at Friday's one time in London and I asked for horseradish and the lady looked at me like I was nuts and said "we don't have any. that's a bit too british for americans." I wonder if it just didn't register that I was American until she walked away. It's not like I have some crazy accent.

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.

Turkey, avocado, havarti cheese, mayo, spicy mustard on this fabulous bread we get here. It's called Poulsbo bread (after the town) and it has oats and sunflower seeds and it's SO GOOOOOOOOD.

Somehow the salmon I just ate for dinner no longer seems to satisfy me.

Currently my fave is the sanoma turkey from Quiznos. They only come in the sammy size but since sammy is for wusses, I have trained the guys at Quiznos to make it for me regular size:) I don't think they normally do that but they do it for me, whoo hoo Otherwise, turkey, mayo, tomatoes (depends on if I like what they look like at the deli), lettuce, pickles on white.

And if I'm in England, I eat french fry sandwiches:)

i could never pick ONE favorite sandwich. i love most of them. :)

i love most of the danish open-faced sandwiches i grew up eating.

a classic HAMBURGER!

a good rare, thinly sliced roast beef on a crusty baguette with garden tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, and dijon sounds good.

egg salad on white or wheat. or any salad mixed with mayo. chicken, tuna, whatever. ;)

sliced turkey breast, cheese (whatever), avocado, lettuce, tomato, mayo, on a crusty baguette or roll.

proscuitto with moz, basil, tomato like jenn said. mmmm

and my husband makes this one he calls a "bocadillo" from morocco. omelette with chopped up veggies in it like: green olives, potato, carrots, onion, cornichons, and uhhh i can't remember what else! on a crusty roll with mayo, harissa (spicy chili paste), and whatever else. yum!\

oh and i loveeee paninis. anything hot and crispy is definitely usually good!
