Do you have plane tickets, passport stamps, receipts.....anything else?

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

I def..have passport stamps... many of them.. i didnt save my tickets.. but can I still submit my emails

Yes. If you need to get them translated, they will let you know. Regardless, it should have the dates, times, sender, and recipient. Should be fine.

I'm assuming you're filling out the paperwork for the K1 since you have no timeline? You are not required to provide proof of ongoing relationship with the I129f (it's asked for at consulate level) however most do send 'something' with the initial package. We did. ;) You can translate the emails yourself to send along with the petition.

Do you also have proof that the the two of you met in person in the last two years besides pictures? This can be in the form of passport stamps...etc. Just be sure to include those as that is mainly what they're looking for at the uscis level.

best of luck to you.

Evidence consists of many different things. Email letters are just one type. The reason for evidence is to prove an ongoing relationship and proof of meeting within the past two years. You should concentrate on providing evidence of meeting first such as travel documents like plane tickets, hotel bills, money exchange statements during your time together and other types of expenditures during your time together as related in your narrative of meeting.

If your letters are in a foreign language, then label them as personal correspondence and state the language written on the front of each letter. You will find that telephone bills reflecting calls to the foreign country also work as good evidence.

And of course, have at least 5 to 8 photos with descriptions on the back of the two of you taken within the last two years.

Good luck.

I have emails as evidence and pictures of course.. but the emails are in a different language other than English...does it mattter...? :help:

All evidence submitted to the USCIS for consideration in a language other than English MUST be accompanied by an English translation.

All evidence submitted to a consulate for consideration in a language other than English the requirements of which will vary from consulate to consulate

Right, I would limit the evidence submitted with the petition to actual primary evidence of meeting within the past two years. Emails and letters are not primary evidence of meeting. They are evidence of a bona fide relationship. As such its best to save them for the interview, where they need not be translated.

All I have are my passport stamps.. and pictures.. i didnt save my tickets or anything like that... is that enough evidence.. cuz i dont know what else to give in since all I have are those

If that's all you have, that's all you have. Adding emails isn't evidence of having met in person.

If all you have is all you have then what else can you do.... e-mails & phone records do NOT provide evidence of having met "in person" within the last two years, so as evidence of meeting, it will not add anything but "weight" to your filing.

YMMV

right, but emails are proof of an on going relationship.. isnt that what they want as well

Not at the petition stage, as it is optional... if it was needed it would be required... The USCIS's role is to determine that your fiance(e) is eligible to apply for a K-1 visa... not to make on-going relationship decisions... that is left up to the consulate to determine.

YMMV
