Ok... perhaps I am just missing the obvious but... my wife and I are filling out the AOS paperwork and under Part 2 it asks what type of application we are filing. The problem is that none of the options apply to us. (none that I can see anyway) My wife is here on a K-3 visa and we are trying to adjust her status so that she can live in the US with me. Any help? What are we missing?
