Questions about DS-156, DS-230I, DS-156k

I've been reading around here for a couple of hours and was wondering something.

When I received the package with the checklist, it asked me to send in DS-156 and DS-230 Part I in duplicate, as well as a single filled out copy of DS-156K. Also, my lawyer told me not to attach any pictures to this form. Well, the forms were accepted and we received an interview date; however, I'm just puzzled a bit after reading some of the posts here regarding what to take to the interview.

Do I take another duplicate set of teh DS-156 forms with pics attached? and what ever happens to DS-230 Part II? I don't see any mention of it in my checklist or interview letter.

I was told to bring DS-157 to the interview, but that's about it from the lawyer helping me with the forms.

Also, the interview letter mentions DS-156 forms but it was just a general statement telling me to make sure all DS-156 forms are in electronic form.

And on another note, what is this DS-157 bank validated form that keeps popping up sometimes on here.

Man I thought I was all prepared with the documentations, but now I wonder, lol.
