I just started getting back to the gym too. My coworker used to be a physical trainer, so he comes to get me at noon, and we work out for an hour at lunch. I've never worked out with someone before, but its working for sure. I've been doing it for almost a month, and have lost 5lbs, and can already see some definition back in my arms and stomach. It's been good. If you can find someone who can push you, then go for it. Days when I want to eat fries at my desk, he comes to get me, and I've got no choice but to get to the gym.

If I want to look good in a bikini and my surfboard in a few months for Hawaii, I figured I'd better get on it!

wow Hawaii is great motivation! and good job finding someone who'll push your butt on. I need that.

That's great!! Hope you can keep at it!

Hubby bought me a Wii Fit as a belated mother's day gift since I mentioned I'd like to get one someday. I've been having fun with the games and exercises on there and I try to do 1 hour every day. I like it because it tracks my "progress" or lack of it :lol:

08/21/08: TSC cashed check

09/02/08: Received NOA...........Priority date: 08/20/08

..............................................Notice date : 08/22/08

09/02/08: Received Biometrics Notification

09/18/08: Biometrics completed - Charlotte DO

10/24/08: Received Interview Letter

12/08/08: Interview @ 1:00pm. APPROVED!

01/05/09: Oath Ceremony 10:00AM. Now officially a USC!!!

01/28/09: Received US Passport

01/29/09: Received US passport card
