She already did her interview on May 15. We're just waiting for her visa to be delivered, so she can attend some sort of seminar. From what we've heard, it's first come, first serve.

Is that the interview schedule you're referring to?

On a sidenote for Sue and Shape,

I've looked over your timelines and I'm wondering how you guys got things moving along so quickly? I filed my petition April 2007. I know I was about 1-2 months off because I didn't fill out one of the forms properly.

Did you guys have a lawyer or agent handling your cases?

hi.

nope, no lawyers.

i'm just ####### about everything, including paper works. what i did was i filled out the forms to be submitted to the uscis, sent it to my hubby and the hubby signed the forms and mailed it to the authorities.

we also only submitted the very basic requirement. i firmly believe that if everything's above board, then there's no need to burden authorities with tons of docs to go thru.

plus, my hubby's a practising catholic. i guess prayers also helped.
