Hi Che,

Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) is not being asked during the interview for K3, usually it is being asked to K1 or fiance.

Good luck.

I'm a K1 and didn't bring CENOMAR with me during interview, my prescreener asked for it but said it was ok if I didn't have it... after interview, post screener told me my verification result was already in and he pointed to: a CENOMAR. So there, CENOMAR is what they verify for K1, K3, and CR1/IR1 which means it is a MUST for all marriage based visas but having one with you during interview is not necessary becoz they will still look at your copy with suspicion and will still do their own verification. (or they'd still want to milk 650pesos out of you--maybe small but 650pesosx100applicants=PHP65,000)

We did submit CENOMAR together with our I-129F petition application and it was with consul and I think yon nakalito sa kanya coz he was looking at it during my interview then told me they will still do their own verification... yong post screener nagflip ng file ko so he saw that there was 2 CENOMARs there already.. one which state "... as of december 2007 (the one i submitted with I-129F)".. and one which states:.."as of march 2008 (the one that NSO forwarded to USEM as my verification result)".

Good luck sayo.. I am sure you will do great with or without getting the latest cenomar.
