I have my interview tomorrow and i'm really stressed and if that wasnt enough I got a call this morning to say that they buyer for my house had pulled out!!!! ~Three months he has left me hanging!!! I had put an offer in on a house in Arkansas and everything was planned for us to be together in June. I'm so upset right now I dont know if I should cry, scream, shout or swear!!!! :angry::(:cry:

Sept 2002 - 1st US visit - everything goes perfectly.

Dec 20th - Forms recev'd at CSC

Dec 27th - NOA1 received by snail mail!

Dec 29th - 'Touched'

March 10 2006 - NOA2!

March 23 - recv'd at NVC

March 24 - petition sent to London

April 9th - Pkt 3 rec'd!

May 17th - Pkt 3 signed for at London Embassy

May 24th - Medical

May24th - Pkt 4

June 14th - Interview 10am - APPROVED 1pm!!

June 16th - Visas received in my hot little hands 1pm :)

July 19th - flying to US!

July 27th - Married!! :-)

Aug 7th - Applied for SSN in married name

Aug 9th - SSN received

I agree your focus needs to be on the interview. Once you get through that you can think about the house. Good luck on both.

2011 March 31 - Sent off Naturalization pkg overnight to Texas

2011 April 1 - Arrived in Texas at 10:21 am

2011 April 1 - NOA (rec'd via snail mail April 8)

2011 April 7 - Cheque cashed

2011 May 5 - Biometrics (letter rec'd via snail mail April 15)

2011 May 9 - Placed in line for interview scheduling

2011 June 13 - Rec'd yellow letter (no change in status online)

2011 June 23 - Rec'd text that my case has been scheduled for interview

2011 August 1 - Interview (rec'd via snail mail June 27) PASSED

2011 August 3 - Rec'd email that my case has been scheduled for Oath

2011 September 1 - Oath ceremony (rec'd snail mail Aug 5)

2011 September 1 - All done, yeah.

You could maybe find one of those places that buys houses. They might not pay much though. Just a thought. Good luck.

23rd February 2005 Married.

10th May 2005 I130 packet sent to TEXAS forwarded to Cali.

12th May 2005 NOA1 Received date.

14th May 2005 delivered at 4:34 am LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA 92607.

23rd May 2005 NOA1 notice date.

27th May 2005 NOA1 hits the mailbox.

13th August 2005 po po form mailed off with £10 cheque.

2nd September 2005 po po letter arrives.

3rd September a 4 week visit to GA assuming i get allowed in.

30th september 130 days on I130 and counting.

(Hopefully i finally get a wedding ring today too)

30th November NOA2 date. woohoo

January 2006 case arrives at NVC finally(not sure about exact date)

17th February 2006 IV bill mailed back

21st April case complete (sorry i have missed some dates of forms going back and forth)

2nd May case forwarded to Embassy in London

10th July 2006 visa interview 10.30 a.m.

thanks for the kind wishes! I'm all prepared for the interview have everything copied and and neatly tabbed in a file :) Nerves are shot though! Already had another agent come value my house today LOL SO if I dont get action from current lousey agent by next week they are history!

16 December 2006- biometric appointment in Charlotte, NC

20 Jan 2007 -AP approved

24 Jan -EAD approved

28 June -Green card ordered

7 July wedding celebrations in Scotland

Yeah, one crisis at a time Adele. You don't need to worry with the house thing right at the moment. Just get tomorrow done and then you can move on to that mess...

Do buyers put deposits on houses they intend to buy in the UK? And if so, will you get to keep the deposit now?

done the shouting and screaming since 10.15 am had to take painkillers to prevent a migrain . Think my blood pressure is off the scale!!!! ;)

they didnt but if they had they would have lost it.
