HI VJ... I HAVE 129F AND CRI ON BOARD... BOTH WERE BOTH APPROVED.. NOW I AM HALF WAY DONE IN NVC AND MY I129 WAS ALREADY SENT BY NVC TO MANILA... ONE OF THE VJ TOLD ME THAT THERE MIGHT BE A CHANCE THAT I MIGHT GET DENIED DURING CR1 INTERVIEW COZ I HAVE I129F ONGOING????? IS IT TRUE? WE ARE PLANNING JUST TO IGNORE I129F AND JUST FOCUS ON CR1 APPLICATION.. PLS ADVICE ME IF I NEED TO CALL US EMBASSY IN MANILA TO CANCEL I 129F OR JUST IGNORE IT AND DONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT SINCE WE ARE ALMOST DONE WITH CR1...I THOUGHT 129f WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELLED BY THE CONSULATE IF YOU HAVE CR1...

i do not know if you will get denied since you got the cr1 case all i know is you have a great chance to be approve since you had both,in my own experienced we had filed also both i-129f and i-130 but since our i-130 got approved ahead we sent a letter to the uscis to cancelled our i-129f and we got a confirmation letter from the uscis informing us that our i-129f was been cancelled !! so we became cr1. but in your case your i-129f has been sent to manila so i have no idea if you can still cancell it... but ,try to call them who knows!!!! i hope this information will help you.

No need to cancel the I-129F. Since you have both petition in the hands of the State Department now, there is a possibility your CR1 case will arrive at the Consulate before your K3 interview date. If so, you can use that date to interview for the CR1 visa instead. Just keep both running and if you want the CR1, use it. There is absolutely nothing to prevent you from having both visas in your passport but only the CR1 would actually be used.

Another option is to get the K3 and use it, then go back and interview for the CR1 later instead of adjusting status in the US. Not practical for most people but in that case you would end up using both visas consecutively.

Never cancel a petition unless you don't want the beneficiary to come to the USA.
