I need some clarification on the following questions :

1. What is the purpose of of your trip? - What should I say here? Im being petitioned for a K3 visa

2. Has anyone ever filed an immigrant visa petition on ur behalf? - My wife filed both I-129f and I-130. Both petition was approved. I believe I-130 is an immigrant application. Should I say yes because I-130 was filed?

they are refering to visas apps filed on your behalf IN THE PAST.they fully expect that someone filed a visa app for you now since you are being asked to complete the 156.Good Luck

27. What is the purpose of of your trip? My answer: TO LIVE TOGETHER WITH MY HUSBAND.

36. Has anyone ever filed an immigrant visa petition on your behalf? My answer: NO. if yes, who: N/A
