Hello All,

I am near the interview (June 11) and would like to confirm if my documents are right while there is time.

I particularly liked to ask about the Evidence of Support. The Affidavit of Support are notarized.

Corresponding financial documents attachments are:

1. Employment Letter of the Petitioner

=> My honey sent me one original copy of this letter

=> How many original copies are needed? :help:

3. Federal Income Tax Return (2005-2007)

=> All duplicate copies/xerox/photocopied (2 copies each) Does it need to be all original? :help:

4. W2s (2005-2007)

=> All duplicate copies/xerox/photocopied (2 copies each) Does it need to be all original? :help:

5. Title of Ownership (Car) 2 duplicates

=> All duplicate copies/xerox/photocopied (2 copies each) Does it need to be all original? :help:

6. Retirement Fund Account Statement (March, April 2008)

=> All duplicate copies/xerox/photocopied (2 copies each) Does it need to be all original? :help:

7. Bank Account Statement (March, April 2008)

=> He sent the April 2008 pay stub original and duplicated it twice.

=> March 2008 is duplicate/photocopied/xeroxed. Does it need to be original too? :help:

Looking forward to your usual help.

"Distance makes the heart grow fonder." Well, our heart have always and will continue to be quite fond of. Distance doesn't matter if you really love the person, what matters most is your honesty and trust for that relationship to work out. We may not get to see as often as we like, we may not get to hold each other in arms all through the night. But deep in our heart we truly know, we are meant for each other, the one to spend our life with forever!
