Unlike those certain smart type who have obviously been raised in an environment where daddy put them on a pedestal and paid for their life. Yet apparently everyone else is the stupid idiot.

It makes a lot of sense actually. The thought that us humans would even able to simply comprehend Gods motives is silly in itself. Lets assume God created the earth. For them to be able to create such a complex thing their level of thinking would be 5,000,000 times that of ours. Trying to comprehend that alone is like trying to figure out what happens to anything that goes through a black hole in the universe. There are millions of mysteries us humans simply cannot comprehend. But that does not mean that they are made up or a product of our imagination.

Being that it is 12:30am here I will have to discuss another time.

Do you believe in creation what about dinosaurs? There are a lot of mysteries of the universe, but I have never seen any evidence to support any kind of God. I have tried many times to embrace this God theory, but the same questions go through my mind over again, and I just can’t seem to have blind faith. I really do wish I had the capacity to have faith in something I can’t see, can’t prove, and from stories of people that lived in another time.

Well, blind faith is a pretty lousy credo - in no other part of life would blind faith serve well and ensure one's safe passage through life. Still, don't let a little thing like that bother you when it comes to deciding what ethical values to adopt, just rely on a belief in the sanctity of laws handed down by generations of humans which perfectly relate the wishes of god. When challenged as to the logic of, for example, shunning those who practice homosexual sex, simply state that human's aren't capable of understanding god's more perfect logic.

Even better, you don't have to take any "personal responsiblity" for your actions (interesting hmmm?) for the illogical and inconsistant prejudices, all you have to do is say "it's not what I think, it's what I am told I must do by god". And, should you break god's laws, who do you blame? Yourself? No, just blame the temptation of the devil. How convenient?

They would certainly question the logic of one group promoting live for the moment, use drugs and basically behave like animals compared with the other who actually promotes humans look out for one another and act civilized, aka religion.

Choose to be gay, my a$$. My brother knew he was gay since a very very young age, he knew something was different about him since as long as he can remember but he didn't know exactly what until about 8.

So, when did you pick your sexuality cause I sure as hell know I didn't wake up one day and choose to be straight.

I won't discuss this with you because it's obviously something you take personally as it affects your brother, making it difficult, if not impossible, for you to take my side of the argument as anything less than personal.

Personally, I don't care what anyone does in the privacy of their own home.... I'm talking about what is accepted in public. Two men or two women who want to boink each other in privacy have no affect on me at all..... just don't allow them to adopt, be artificially inseminated or influence any children with their corrupt lifestyle.

That is one of the most insensitive, insane things I have ever read. Two loving human beings being able to care for a child that has no home or family and you say OH NO!!! because you wouldn't want them to "become" gay. Who the hell do you think you are?

Okay, I got to this page and had to stop and respond.

Somewhere in your family Alhamdulillah, I can guarantee you have someone who is gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender.

And if you found out about it, you might "disown" them, or you might have loved them all your life and will decide that you still love and accept them whole-heartedly.

In my experience, the people who speak loudest about homosexuality are the ones that are uncertain of their orientation.

Being gay has enough problems in this world besides having to deal with the likes of people with such judgmental viewpoints as you have.

Imagine you were living in a different country from your beloved, are gay and would not have the right to what we have experienced here with K1s K3s etc.

You would not have the right to go and live in another country and be together "legally".

Sad, huh?

As it is, gay people living in the same country (here for example) have a rough enough time.

Sexuality is not contagious.

Neither in the amount you have nor with who.
