what's mean of the date changed on website

Just confused a little because I not check our e-mail around 1-2 weeks and now the date was changed what is mean? Have someone can explain about this for me? what going on?

If you are talking about the USCIS website, then the date change meant you were touched. Somebody there had touched your file. I hope this is what you meant...

With California the first touch usually means you are being sent to storage for a few nonths. With me it was 3 months in storage before they looked at it again.
