who knows this might be a blessing in disguise for you...sometimes delays happens cus God is working on something BETTER than what youre planning for.. always make sure you call to follow up your case. did you just paid the doc verification after your interview? cus if u did..then theyre on the process of verifying it most likely.

I know shes...God makes everything beautiful in HIS time....yeah i paid 2 weeks before my interview thats april 28th but Delbros said they just forwarded the request to NSO may 5th....allow 4 weeks after that...thats what he said.....but some of my batchmates in interview last may 15th only pay their doc verification on that day got their visa in hand may22nd....y it happened like that...i dont know.... :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying:

dont be sad...i think its a case to case basis..look at the bright side, at least you still have more time to spend with your family, cause once youre in the states it wont be really soon that you can come back in the Phil to visit your folks...so make yourself busy and spend it with families

 youre right elar14.... now i can still watch caregiver with my mom heheheheh!!!! well lets just pray to all of us... God is good all the time...

Hello VJers!

I had my interview with USE last May15th 2008 for my CR1 visa. April 28th, I already paid my doc verification with metro bank to avoid the delay in the issuance of my visa. But its been like a week and a day now but my visa wasnt yet issued. After my interview, the consul gave me a paper which contains a checklist of the documents needed according to Sec.221g of the immigration Nationality act that is needed to be submitted. I read it and found that there's no other check listed for me to complete but only on the part which contains: WHAT TO DO NEXT: where they check the part WAIT TILL YOU HEAR FROM US. iT says: WE MUST REVIEW YOUR CASE BEFORE IT CAN BE PROCESSED FURTHER. PLS WAIT FOR A LETTER FROM US TELLING YOU WHEN U CAN RETURN TO THE EMBASSY WITH THE DOCUMENTS MARKED ABOVE FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. I was just wondering here coz there's nothing in the paper that they marked. Is there anybody in there in VJ who has this same case???? how long will i need to wait for my visa to be released and delivered to me? help out!!!!!!

Hi there, I have the same case too I received a white paper with no documents ask and I pay the visa delivery fee at delbros. My dcuments was forwarded to NSO May19 and found out today that the embassy received my documents from NSO. The consul will review the case before the visa will be issued and I dot know how long I'll find out next week I will call again. Any news about urs?
