VJ MEMBERS HELLO!!!

I NEED YOUR OPINION AND YOUR HELP :help::help::help: ANYONE WHO EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS?

I HAD MY INTERVIEW YESTERDAY MAY 23 - FRIDAY.... THE WHOLE PROCESS WENT SMOOTH AND GOOD. THE PRE SCREENER ASK ME TO SUBMIT MY NSO BC, NBI, CENOMAR. SHE ASK ME SOME LETTERS AND PHOTOS. SHE ASK ME THE AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT AND ITR 2007. SHE ASK ME FEW QUESTIONS WHEN, WHERE, HOW DID WE MET. HOW MANY TIMES HE VISITED ME. SHE ASK ME IF MY FIANCE IS WORKING : I TELL HER, HE IS NOT WORKING AS OF NOW BECAUSE HE IS UNDER MEDICATION.... THEN SHE TELLS ME YOU MAY TAKE YOUR SEAT NOW AND WAIT FOR YOU NUMBER TO BE CALLED

CONSUL:

WHEN I ENTERED THE ROOM HE SAID HI! HOW ARE YOU? I REPLED IM FINE SIR....

QUESTIONS HE ASK:

WHAT IS YOUR NAME?

YOUR PETITIONER'S NAME?

OUR BIRTH DATES.

WHEN,WHERE,HOW DID WE MET.

IS HE MARRIED?

ARE YOU MARRIED?

DOES HE HAVE KIDS?

DO YOU HAVE KIDS?

WHAT IS HIS JOB?---------------------- I ANSWER HIM AND I TELL HIM, THAT HE IS UNDER MEDICATION AS OF NOW...

HE TAKE A LOOK OF THE AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT AND THE ITR 2007, HE ASK ME TO WAIT OUTSIDE... I ASK HIM: SIR, AM I APPROVED? HE TELLS ME, WE STILL NEED ANOTHER EVIDENCE OF CURRENT SUSTAINED INCOME.... :crying:

I WAIT OUTSIDE. MY NAME WAS CALLED TO GO TO WINDOW 38: THE LADY GIVE ME THE PINK SLIP AND INSTRUCT ME TO PAY FOR THE VISA DELIVERY BUT,

I NEED TO SUBMIT THE EVIDENCE OF CURRENT SUSTAINED INCOME....

ANYONE HERE WHO EXPERIENCED LIKE THIS? ANY INPUTS? WHAT WILL WE DO? PLS... HELP...................

02-07-2012 --- Biometrics

02-14-2012 --- Yellow Letter (it says "bring any state issued ID" for interview)

02-24-2012 --- Placed in line for Interview Scheduling

02-27-2012 --- Interview Letter sent out

03-02-2012 --- Interview Letter received

04-02-2012 --- INTERVIEW- passed!

05-01-2012 --- Oath scheduled/ Oath Letter Sent

05-16-2012 --- Oath Taking! I am now a USC!!!

hi sorry to hear this..

maybe u need to submit more source of income and it's continuous like monthly income? coz he's not working right now, the CO maybe wants to see that your fiance can support you while you are in USA.. im not really sure.. hope someone will answer ur question

how about co sponsor?

hope everything will turn out fine..

thank you for the reply primie... when the time that the consul tells me that i need to submit another documents i tried to show to him the summary of the monthly income of my fiance since he has some rental houses properties but the consul refused to see those documents he told me that , still that is not enough.... :crying:

we are planning to have a co sponsor maybe.. thank you again....
