I'll be back in an hour. I have to run up and down the streets like my clothes are on FIRE!!1 LOL:dance: :dance:

Finally I have some feedback to "WHEN IS YOUR HUSBAND COMING?..., WHAT'S GOING ON WITH THE CASE"?:dance:

Aw yes! I really hate those "so how's the visa coming along? But it won't take long, you guys are married right" remarks too. They usually come the moment I have stopped thinking about it for a change.

Enjoy that running around!!

Yes Cmonda,

I have been following your thread as well as all the others like Jon Blessing, HOHOHO, Ines, InkyPinky, estadia, Paris Heart, etc. etc.etc.

Keep calling with the RFE trick and state your case but please be very KIND. It helps to move them with sympathy. I know it shouldnt have to be this way, but for my family to be reunited, it's a small price to pay.

Also, Right after I filed the expedite, my petition was touched 48 hrs later, which was the 22nd, then again today, then the approval came

OH MY GOODNESS

I'm polite up to the point where they say We are on track! wait another 2098420 years.

Then I get prett pissy...after all I wouldn't get off my chair if a uscis was drowning in front of me ...I'd say, hold on man. I'll be there to help in 2019.

OH man HOHOHO, I didn't realize you were still waiting for NOA2. Thats crazy. I remember you whenI first applied in October. I hope you hear something soon.

Congrats MAO....I remember following your case too. I can't believe it took an expedite to get your case approved and its been in since September.

Oh man I HATE that question! I get the same thing. People think citizenship is automatically granted to your spouse just cause you got married and that the spouse should just be able to get on a plane and come here.....UGH!!! its too mush ignorance for me to handle. i swear if one more person says that craziness to me I might just go off.

Congratulations on your approval!!!!! I mentioned it on other posts, i noticed filers from the backlog have been getting approved these days. Which is the greatest ever!! It's been way too long for them, so I am sooo happy.:dance::dance::dance:

I think those of us that filed lastyear, and highlight the fact that yess we filed last year... somehow they seem to pulling the cases from where the've been collecting dust and adjudicating them. Inky, lsma, MsZ, Shrewdy, pecky, HoHoHo, jonbless, 000.. and all the rest i forgot, call VSC.. don't push but be sure they are made aware of your file date and your personal agony, its worth a shot don't u think?

I'm back..... Been calling everybody I could think of. I enjoyed all the Congrats and the responses. It's like we've all become a big family who's never met one another. Thank You all for the comments. Man, right now I am flying HIGH! you began to think that maybe you're under some kind of security check, maybe they need something, maybe they just don't trust your case. Like it has been posted already, just to reiterate, make those calls until you get that person who will want to help. I called and called and called. Filed a Congressional Inquiry, Congresswoman jumped right on it but was told i just had to wait. I really made it a point to call every morning until I got someone who actually had a heart.

Ok, This is what I did.

The Officer at the VSC told me that and I'll quote word from word "Once your K3 petition goes past 3mos of the NOA1 date then you can file an expedite"

My response was, "how can I when the website says they are working on September 07 for K3's", She said, inside information is we have to make a decision of the I129f in a matter of 3mos or you are entitle to file an expedite for being out of the processinf time". Well, may 19th came around and I called the Main # to file my expedite-800-375-5283 this is how it went. "Hello I'm calling to file an expedite on my case", Customer Service-"Well you don't qualify for being outside of the processing time since they are on September 07 and you filed the 129f in Februrary. My response"I was told staright from VSC that I could, Cust Serv's response-All I can do is give you a list of qualifying reasons for an expedite-My response-Ok, go ahead

She begans to read and the 1st reason was extreme financial loss-I stopped her and said 'That's it, I am facing an extreme financial loss and proceeded to tall her all about my financial issues being without my husband. She said Ok, I've typed it all up and for me to take down my Expedite # and wait 48hours for a response. At this point I was waiting for someone to call me so I could fax them all of my past due bills or whatever mortgag papers they needed etc. etc. -They never did. So after 48 hours I called back to VSC and said I have an expedite # and was told i could call back with it and my case would be pulled. i was told Ok-give us 3 days to pull it and respond. The next day I was touched, the following day again and the 3rd day approved. I cant explain why they didnt ask for any documentation unless they were geting ready to approve it without the expedite being needed.
